1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PadelBuddy (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the App. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

PadelBuddy provides AI-powered video analysis services for padel sports, including but not limited to:

  • Video upload and storage
  • AI-powered match analysis and highlight generation
  • Player detection and tracking
  • Performance analytics and statistics
  • Social sharing features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to PadelBuddy. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload
  • Your content does not violate any third party's rights
  • Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material
  • You have obtained consent from all individuals appearing in your videos

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of PadelBuddy require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Refunds may be available in accordance with applicable app store policies. Please contact support for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PadelBuddy and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PADELBUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PadelBuddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PadelBuddy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
